Admission and Retention
MSH College accepts students irrespective of race, religious faith, socio-economic status, cultural and family backgrounds, academic standing in previous schools, and past life. However, having been admitted, a student is expected to come up with the academic standards and to observe the regulations on student conduct maintained by the College. Failure to fall in line with such academic and behavioral policies would result to a student's withdrawal from College. This is in accordance with MSH College's "open Admission, Selective Retention" policy.
Admission Requirements Any Student planning to enroll at MSH College must submit the following credentials: For the New Students (From High School) 1. Form 138-A ( or report card) 2. Certificate of Good Moral Character (from the school last attended) 3. NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy only) 4. Six 1 x 1 ID pictures (colored) 5. Letter of Recommendation from the Church pastor ( for SDA's) 6. Application form (filled-up) For Transferees and 2nd Coursers 1. Honorable Dismissal (or Certificate of Transfer Credential) 2. Transcript of Records (with photocopy for the Department Head) 3. Certificate of Good Moral Character (from the school last attended) 4. NSO Birth Certificate (photocopy only) 5. Six 1 x 1 ID pictures (colored) 6. Recommendation from the Church pastor ( for SDA's) 7. Application Form (Accomplished) Foreign students must secure authorization from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) before admission to MSH College. |
